• Owner access to an ONLINE PORTAL which can be used to view the following: maintenance requests, view account activity/receipts, track all income and expenses, receive online payments, RUN accounting reports, and VIEW all files associated with your property.



• We provide a THOROUGH SCREENING PROCESS on each applicant to check credit reports, rental history, criminal/ background, prior evictions and other important screening procedures to make sure each tenant is a qualified renter. 

• Coordinating of move ins/ outs, organizing make readies, overseeing maintenance requests, and ensuring quick turnover times in between occupants.
